Five Cellulite Reducing Foods | Nuxe Essentials

It was January and I was having a refreshing walk around pharmacies in my hometown in Bulgaria. I love checking what beauty products they have there every time I am back and that time I came across an anti-cellulite option from Nuxe. It was one of those days when you are away from your routine, when you can pause its fast dynamic and from this calm point to look at your life, realise how much you have progressed and how much you have grown as a person. I was sitting in a cafe early in the morning alone, since my friends were at work, and observing the freezing day with random fragile snowflakes through the window brought me so much peace and hope for all the great things that are yet to come. But now back to my skincare discovery.

I have been using anti-cellulite creams for almost ten yers now. I remember my aunt laughing at me when I bought my first one, but prevention is better than treatment. Some people reckon that these products are a waste of time and money and they can be right, depending on the degree of the condition. 1* Avocado. With ageing skin becomes thin and less elastic. Foods that have high level of Essential fatty Acids strengthen the skin, soften it and make it stretchy. 

2* Bananas – are a source of potassium, a mineral that reduces cellulite. They help to cut down water retention, which is one of its causes. They also affect the lymphatic system, helping the body to eliminate toxins. 

3* Oily fish. We are all aware of the benefits of salmon for example, like high concentration of Omega-3 fatty acids, that keep the skin strong and supple, fight inflammation, help the circulation and strengthen the lymphatic system. 

4* Papaya – is also rich in potassium. It contains high levels of beta-carotene, that helps to prevent damage to the body tissue. 

5* Berries. Their antioxidants help to break down toxins, that may otherwise be deposited in the ares of your body, where cellulite occurs. Vitamin C increases collagen levels in the skin, making it stronger and therefore reducing cellulite.

Along with diet I believe in skincare as a way of dealing with cellulite. I enjoyed using the Melting Firming Cream Nuxe Body.
